We will work with your management to understand the business challenges a Hot House can address. Together, we will select solutions to be evaluated in the hothouse and determine high level logistics such as location, attendance, judges and required facilities.
Typically, this is a very short piece of work that takes approximately 1 day.

We will perform an initial evaluation of the solutions to be evaluated in the Hot Houses. This is ensure it is possible to evaluate the solution in a Hot House environment.
We will finalise the attendance, arrange suitable dates, book any required facilities and set up any technology required. We will create any required communications and host introduction sessions to educate attendees on the scope and purpose of the HotHouse.

On the day, we will facilitate the Hot House. Where we are comparing solutions, we will separate the attendees into teams and encourage the teams to learn from each other before final presentation.
We will engage with any required third parties to ensure that support is available if required.
We will arrange all facilities such as refreshments, white boards etc.
